Hotel Amadeus Frankfurt, Frankfurt am Main

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, although a bit old-fashioned. The service was exceptional with staff always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The location was convenient for shopping and close to public transportation, but the quality of beds and linen could be improved. The dining options were somewhat disappointing, with limited choices and expensive meals.

The hotel overlooks a terrace right from the room, but the constant heat made it challenging to sleep with the windows open due to noise from early morning deliveries. The staff were quick and efficient at check-in and check-out, but cleaning shifts created excessive noise within a 5-minute walk. The location is convenient with quick access to urban transportation, although it can be noisy at times due to its industrial surroundings. The dining experience was considered just okay and slightly pricey. The facilities offer a range of services but may require extra care with the CVC code.

The hotel is conveniently located near Frankfurt Main Train Station with good public transport connections, albeit in a constant draft from the doors. The rooms are quite dated with older furnishings and carpets, but they are clean and comfortable. The service is consistently friendly, offering a good breakfast with fresh options every morning. The dining experience, while good, tends to be a little pricey. The hotel offers an easy access to central Frankfurt.
